My approach harnesses a balance of evidence-based, scientifically supported frameworks, along with only the best business practices, to positively transform corporations.

My most recent (all-in, full time) role, after 20 years running a private consultancy company was as Head of Operations and subsequently as CEO of a software company and was for me, an ultimate corporate experience. It allowed me to consolidate and leverage my skills and holistically utilise my ‘people first’ framework, where I was able, in my first full fiscal year, to achieve the total revenue from new sales of the previous FY, before the end of Q2.

My experience bridges many sectors, including but not limited to IT, Health, NFP and more. I am highly qualified and experienced in Psychology, as a workshop facilitator (and designer) as a business coach and consultant, am an accredited DiSC consultant and more. I have reached a point of offering a consolidated, rich package, having landed my ‘sweet spot’ and I thrive on driving highly desirable business outcomes.
